What You’ll Do

  • Set up, configure, and maintain workstations, software, and network systems.

Requirements

  • Technical Proficiency: Solid understanding of diverse IT systems, including various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), networking principles, and cloud services.

​

  • Relevant Certifications: Possession of industry-recognized certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or Cisco's CCNA is a plus.

​

  • Problem-Solving Aptitude: Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.

​

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities to assist both technical and non-technical users. Ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms.

​

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar IT support role or environment. Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software is beneficial.
